SELECTED ART WORK OF CALIGRAPHY FROM Ostand Yadolah Kaboli
For many years now the Nava Art Cultural Institute has endeavoured to consistently and productively present traditional
Persian music festivals. In its ongoing mission to expand its cultureal projects, Nava is in the process of introducing a new visual
arts component: the propagatio of the priginal and ancient craft of calligraphy.
This is a form of art that had played, and continues to play, a major role in the promotion and amplificationof the poetry,
litterateur and Gnostic writings of prominent Persian literary men and women.

We hope that cultivation of this legacy of Persian art and comes fruition in Canada, particular in the city of Vancouver. We
believe this project will thrive under the planning and supervision of master Yadollah Kaboli, who for four decades has been one
of the most eminent and internationally recognized celebrities of this art form. Our goal is to organize internal and external
exhibition as well as to print and publicize works of literature and visual and practical workshops. In this way may present the
brightest work of this spiritual and contemplative art and convey the highest aspirations of ths historic and cultural identity of
our beloved country.
